Water Recycling Plant

Our unique water recycling plant for vehicle washing is very well incorporated with integrated treatment system for efficient removal of oil,fuel,filterable solids, readily settable solids and other contamination from water. We have provided advanced technology in design so that it can be easily reusable and also meets requirement of pollution regulatory bodies. The product has been designed in such a manner that it requires minimum space and can be installed at the existing washing area of automobile service centers. Being cost effective it also comprises more advantages such as:

Waste water from vehicle washing is collected, treated and reused for vehicle washing.
Plant runs on auto cycle and does not require manual intervention.
Rigid single skid design requires no foundation.
Highly cost effective in terms of water procurement where water is scarce.
Reduced wastage of water
Makes the setup a Eco-friendly venture following "save water save nation".

Construction Of Plant:

MS fabricated construction with epoxy coating - internal and external.
Single skid construction. foundation not required.
Electrical control panel mounted on plant.
Automatic cycle operation. manual mode also provided.

Training:
We are providing intensive training to our employees. This training is given at the time of at the time of installation. As such we do not require skilled manpower.

Testing:
The composition of input & output water of the plant is tested after installation & commissioning at government approved laboratory.
